Kings Arms Cottage front door leads to a hall-corridor off which is the rather elegant parquet-floored living room with ornamental marble fire place and containing colour TV, video and radio. An ideal spot for a cosy evening round a warm fire. |
| The pretty hub-of-the-house dining room with another ornamental fireplace is fully equipped with china, glass and cutlery for six people. |

The dining room leads to the modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, breakfast table). A step down leads to the utility room which was the original “snug” of the pub with its hatch in the door where drinks used to be served. This little room has an attractive little Victorian fire place and contains the refrigerator, freezer, washer-drier, ironing board etc. |
| Fairly steep stairs (with handrail) lead to the beamed landing and bedrooms. The double and single rooms have views over the bustling square, while the twin room looks over the countryside to the west of Chagford. |
